By booking and/or participating in the balibikedriver.com, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:



1. Booking & Payment

  1. Reservations can be made via our website, WhatsApp, or official email.
  2. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour starts, either in cash or via bank transfer.
  3. All prices include tax and service charges, unless otherwise stated.
  4. Payments can only be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), in accordance with Bank Indonesia regulations.


2. Cancellation & Refund

  1. Cancellation made more than 5 days prior to the tour: full refund of deposit.
  2. Cancellation made between 3–4 days prior to the tour: deposit is non-refundable but can be used for rescheduling within 1 month.
  3. Cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the tour or no-show: payment is forfeited.
  4. Cancellations due to extreme weather or force majeure will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling by mutual agreement.


3. Participant Requirements

  1. Participants must be in good physical.
  2. Helmets, jackets, and safety equipment must be worn at all times.
  3. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.


4. Liability & Insurance

  1. Bali Private Motorbike Tour ensures that all drivers hold a valid driving license and that every motorbike provided is in good condition and roadworthy.
  2. For your safety, helmets are provided and must be worn at all times while riding on public roads.
  3. We are not liable for loss of belongings, accidents, or injuries caused by participants’ negligence.
  4. Participants are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance for additional protection.


5. Itinerary Changes

  1. The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  2. The guide will provide alternative routes or activities to ensure safety and comfort.


6. General Policy

  1. Alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
  2. Participants must respect local laws and cultural norms during the tour.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the tour without refund if participants violate safety regulations.
